Subsequently serving years in Kuwait National Security & Defense, Jarrah Mubarak Alrajhi & Mr. Abu Zafar, the founders of JM Group, identified the insufficiency of the workforce in different Govt. & private organizations in Kuwait. To reduce this insufficiency and enhance the workforce JM Security Company was established in April 2012 with merely 60 security guards deployed in two private organizations in Kuwait.
Through unswerving dedication, reliability and passionate towards services execution, JM Security expanded its wings on several service companies in Kuwait. JM Cleaning Construction Co., JM Company for Contracting, JM Delivery Co., JM Medical Services Co. to name some few. Currently, JM Group is listed in top 10 service-oriented companies by Kuwait Govt. Following the successful deployment of more than 10,000 workforce in Kuwait the founders prompted to expand JM Group's operational capabilities in Qatar during 2017 followed by Bangladesh in 2019. As of now, we have more than 15,000 security personnel, cleaners & others skilled & unskilled workforce deployed in Kuwait, Qatar & Bangladesh.
Remittance has become a major contributor to the Bangladeshi economy. As the emigrant workers from Bangladesh gradually increased over the years, the amount of annual remittance to Bangladesh significantly rose. According to the World Bank, Bangladesh is now one of the largest recipients of remittance with almost $15.3 billion in 2018. It was the third-highest recipient of remittance in South Asia in 2018.
We are generating the opportunity to work overseas and now 80% of our total workforce in Kuwait & Qatar are from Bangladesh. We are contributing in foreign remittance by around 30% of the total value of remittance from Kuwait & almost 0.25% of the total value of remittance from all over the world.

Our Code guides us through day-to-day dilemmas and is the basis for how we behave as guardians of JM’s integrity. It helps us make informed decisions and explains where to go for more information and guidance.
The four Code Principles and specific requirements contained in the Code Sections form our basic obligations. Additional requirements in our Policies and Manuals must also be understood and followed.

Our Code of Conduct applies to all employees and everyone acting on behalf of JM, including the Board of Directors. We expect our vendors, suppliers, contractors, and other Business Partners to commit and uphold the same high ethical standards that we follow ourselves.
At JM we maintain a culture in which employees feel comfortable raising concerns and potential violations of the code of conduct. We prohibit retaliation against any employee at JM who reports in good faith. Through reporting, we enable JM to keep its promise to operate legally and ethically and we help the company to protect its good reputation.
